Every year on Easter Sunday, New York City hosts a colorful Easter Parade and Bonnet along Fifth Avenue from 49th to 57th street. 

 This year has left all New Yorkers at home. 

In light of that, I wanted to share with you these pictures that I’ve taken over the years from the Easter Parade. These photos are of the amazing people that participate in this parade every year.

 A three years ago I ran across a website where I discover a very underrated event, the Mermaid Parade. I had no expectations as to what I was going to find, that being said, today I believe this is one of the best parades in New York has to offer. Enjoy this event of New York City through my photography.

Event, celebrating LGBTQ, community, largest annual Pride marches, attracting tens of thousands of participants and millions of sidewalk spectators each June.

New York City Pride has released a finalized map of this year’s LGBTQIA+ Pride March route. Millions of visitors are expected, since the celebration marks America’s first opportunity to host the WorldPride festival.
